Even as we celebrate a booming economy, with its surplus jobs and employment opportunities, a section of our population is just waiting for a chance to earn their first salary - however small it may be..In a country where more than 60% of the population is below the poverty line and they don’t have access to the regular education, generating employment opportunities and vocational courses becomes a critical factor.
Key components include :-
Partnering up with various training agencies like local ITI’s for imparting various vocation skills to the semirural and the rural youth in the areas of Security gaurds/Nursing/ Facilities Management jobs/Driving and helping them in finding the suitable job in their respective trade.
Empowering woman in the rural and slum areas and provide livelihood programs for them like making pickles/stitching/knitting etc.
